patch method

Update the configuration of a single connection profile.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

name - The name of this connection profile resource in the form of projects/{project}/locations/{location}/connectionProfiles/{connectionProfile}. Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/connectionProfiles/\[^/\]+$.

requestId - Optional. A unique ID used to identify the request. If the server receives two requests with the same ID, then the second request is ignored. It is recommended to always set this value to a UUID. The ID must contain only letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9), underscores (_), and hyphens (-). The maximum length is 40 characters.

skipValidation - Optional. Update the connection profile without validating it. The default is false. Only supported for Oracle connection profiles.

updateMask - Required. Field mask is used to specify the fields to be overwritten by the update in the conversion workspace resource.

validateOnly - Optional. Only validate the connection profile, but don't update any resources. The default is false. Only supported for Oracle connection profiles.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Operation.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
