Updates the Offer for an existing customer entitlement.

An entitlement update is a long-running operation and it updates the entitlement as a result of fulfillment. Possible error codes: * PERMISSION_DENIED: The customer doesn't belong to the reseller. * INVALID_ARGUMENT: Required request parameters are missing or invalid. * NOT_FOUND: Offer or Entitlement resource not found. * INTERNAL: Any non-user error related to a technical issue in the backend. Contact Cloud Channel support. * UNKNOWN: Any non-user error related to a technical issue in the backend. Contact Cloud Channel support. Return value: The ID of a long-running operation. To get the results of the operation, call the GetOperation method of CloudChannelOperationsService. The Operation metadata will contain an instance of OperationMetadata.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

name - Required. The resource name of the entitlement to update. Name uses the format: accounts/{account_id}/customers/{customer_id}/entitlements/{entitlement_id} Value must have pattern ^accounts/\[^/\]+/customers/\[^/\]+/entitlements/\[^/\]+$.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GoogleLongrunningOperation.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.

async.Future<GoogleLongrunningOperation> changeOffer(
  GoogleCloudChannelV1ChangeOfferRequest request,
  core.String name, {
  core.String? $fields,
}) async {
  final body_ = convert.json.encode(request);
  final queryParams_ = <core.String, core.List<core.String>>{
    if ($fields != null) 'fields': [$fields],
  };

  final url_ = 'v1/' + core.Uri.encodeFull('$name') + ':changeOffer';

  final response_ = await _requester.request(
    url_,
    'POST',
    body: body_,
    queryParams: queryParams_,
  );
  return GoogleLongrunningOperation.fromJson(
      response_ as core.Map<core.String, core.dynamic>);
}
