Creates a Peering for Managed AD instance.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. Resource project name and location using the form: projects/{project_id}/locations/global Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/global$.

peeringId - Required. Peering Id, unique name to identify peering. It should follow the regex format "^(?:[a-z](?:[-a-z0-9]{0,61}[a-z0-9])?)$"

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Operation.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
